Adam Turner- Creative stylist/owner

First and foremost, I love my job. After 9 years of being in the industry I still
love the social aspect combined with the creative process of hairdressing. I enjoy getting to know a client and what they are about via a thorough consultation and then giving them a nice personalised hairstyle based on suitability and manageability. It’s the best part of my job to see a client leave my salon looking visibly happier and more confident than when they came in, whether it was me or one of my stylists who did it.
I enjoy most aspects of hairdressing and colour is an area that I specialize in. I completed Wella’s prestigious Colouring degree in 2011 and am now recognised by them as a Master Colour Expert. This
is regarded in the industry as the best colouring qualification available and it was obviously challenging but now means I am confident I can deal with any colouring challenge that I am faced with. Whether it’s correcting a home colouring disaster, a high fashion creative technique or if your simply after a beautiful natural hair colour then please come and see me!
About Julie

I have enjoyed working in the hair industry for 20 years. I gained my levels 1 and 2 NVQ whilst at college and then went on to train with Tony and Guy in London, which is where my passion for hairstyling began.
I spent the next 11 years working for Tony and Guy in Chichester where I continued to expand my skills by going on numerous courses including advanced cutting skills which included curly and afro Caribbean hair.
My love of fashion has led me into specializing in vintage hair, hair up, and classic/contemporary gents barbering.
I now love working with the Roscoe team and look forward to creating new collections and carry on loving what I do!
About Megan

Since starting my hairdressing career I have completed numerous courses including NVQ level 1, 2 and 3, creative cutting and advanced colouring. I have also entered various competitions with a team and individually, winning best gent, colour and essential looks.
As well as doing courses and competitions I love working in a salon within a team, keeping up to date with new trends as this pushes me to constantly develop my techniques as a hair stylist.
My passion is to make people feel good about their hair. I’m always striving to work with clients to educate them in different ways and ideas thus making their hairstyle easier and more fun to style at home. I look forward to sharing this with you!

About Heather

I began my hairdressing career back in 1999 working Saturdays at a small salon whilst I was at school. Realising that Hairdressing was a career I very much wanted to pursue I swiftly began work in a salon after completing school. The benefit of this salon was that I could complete my NVQ in salon rather than go to college. This meant that I received an extremely high level of training and gave me the vital in-salon experience to go on and deal with clientele confidently and skilfully.

Since then I have studied many more advanced courses, done photographic work and entered competitions. All of these achievements have been really inspiring and given me the passion to go on and make a mark in the hairdressing industry.

Now working for Roscoe it feels great to be part of a small, passionate team where I can work on my clients in a personal and friendly environment which gives them the sort of experience they can enjoy and feel comfortable in.
